Tool Force A-C1 50 PSI 2-in-1 HVLP Spray Gun review

The Tool Force 50 psi 2-in-1 HVLP spray gun is a great tool considering the price you have to pay for it. At a price of $20-$30, it performs notably well. Of course, it has some limitations but so does any tool.

This HVLP paint sprayer has two types of nozzles suitable for different purposes. The first one, a 1.4-millimeter nozzle is used for lighter materials.

On the other hand, the other nozzle is a 2.0 millimeter which is suitable for spraying heavier materials. It can spray thick materials at 40-50 psi with outstanding performance. Both nozzles are made of stainless steel.

The spray gun provides high atomization and low nozzle air pressure. There is an adjustable fan spray which will help you with spraying critical regions with good accuracy and ease.

It is a great aid when you want to spray paints in corners or crevices. Another great thing about this spray gun is that it produces very few amounts of dust or detritus.

The Tool Force 50 psi 2-in-1 HVLP spray gun has a 0.25-inch air inlet. It has more than 75% transfer efficiency and less than 10% psi output pressure. This tool requires a 2-to-3 HP compressor wor working.

Though the tool is otherwise excellent in all aspects, it has a little problem with the trigger. Pressing the trigger for a long duration may cause fatigue sometimes. But this problem can be solved easily by using PlastiDip or other similar products available in the market.
